<p>Well, she definitely didn’t get her physique because of her powerful determination. My absolute favorite piece of information regarding <a title="Megan Fox Diet" href="http://www.squidoo.com/megan-fox-diet" target="_blank">Megan Fox’s diet</a> plan and exercise routine for Transformer&#8217;s 2 is that she had to have her fitness trainer go to her to make her exercise. She wouldn’t go to the gym. In fact, she has been quoted as saying that she has a personal trainer that trains her three times a week at home because she can&#8217;t summon the motivation to go meet him. Nice!</p>
<p>Inspiring, isn’t it?</p>
<p>So how does Megan Fox maintain her 114-pound physique? Here exercises must be limited if the trainer has to go to her house. Well, the key element to Megan Fox’s diet and workout is in its simplicity? At the same time, this makes it a program that is in reach for anyone. Naturally, it doesn’t hurt that she is in her twenties with genetics which are obviously in her favor.</p>
<p><strong>First, look at the Megan Fox Diet, or eating plan. </strong></p>
<p>She follows a clean diet, steering clear of highly processed sugars and whole grains. She obtains her carbs from fruit and veggies. How does that help? Effectively, these types of carbohydrates aren&#8217;t calorie-dense and are quickly broken down by the body. For her protein, she consumes lean proteins such as eggs, fish, lean meats, as well as nuts. She also reportedly eats almonds throughout the day as a source of good fat. Lastly, her secret (and controversial) weapon is cider vinegar, which usually acts to curb appetite and detoxify the entire body.</p>

<p><strong>So what about her training regimen?</strong></p>
<p>She uses body-weight circuit training with specific emphasis on core work, which is known to be remarkably effective in eliminating fat. So what this means is that she will go through a specific set of exercises with minimal rest between. After performing 3-5 exercises, she rests for two minutes and then repeats. The exercise movements she concentrated on consist of the plank, hanging leg raises, oblique crunches, and lying leg raises. Do you get the idea that her workout was core-focused?</p>
<p>Megan would follow this training routine up with cardio, typically on the stationary bike. She performed interval training, which is simply a time period of high-intensity followed by a slightly longer period of lower intensity. An example of this is to hop on the stationary bike and pedal for two minutes at a moderate pace, and then go for one minute at a sprint pace. Repeat this for four rounds then cool down for eight to ten minutes. The idea behind this type of training is that at the higher intensities, your body burns more total calories. At the reduced intensities, your body burns up a larger percentage of fat for fuel.</p>
